Baking for Leisure or Having a Celebration?

Whether you are a complete beginner or own some baking equipment, but unsure how to use them, JusBaking is just the right place to start.

Feel free to opt for a class for yourself or with your group of friends. Just gather and decide what to bake and make an appointment.

Regular Class can be both private and non-private are mainly to improve baking skills or to have a fun session with your contacts.

Private classes for adults are mainly for Bonding, Birthday Celebration or Bridal Parties while Private classes for kids are mainly for Birthday Celebration.

There are 3 main class categories to choose from.

Baking Classes

Easy Sweet Bread 1 (Beginner)

Hands-on shaping the Polo Bun, Chicken floss Bun, Hot Dog Bun and Cheese Stick.

Soft Sweet Bread 2 (Beginner)

Hands-on shaping the Coffee Bun, Cheese Roll, Butter Sugar Bun, Tuna Bun.

Wholemeal Loaf Bread & Focaccia (Beginner)

Healthier choice with soft wholemeal cranberry loaf and cherry tomato focaccia.

Wheat germ Loaf & Multigrain Buns (Beginner)

Powered with protein, Vitamin Bs, Omega 3 and 6, wheat germ bread is your soft and healthy choice of breakfast!

Pumpkin Delight Buns (Beginner)

Hands-on shaping burger bun, heart-shaped bun, cream cheese bear and pumpkin roll

After-class Support

At JusBaking, Justina believes that you should not be left alone after a class. You will be using your own oven and mixers which you may not know how to handle. You may need advice on which equipment best suits your needs. Furthermore, as the baking process is lengthy, it’s quite demanding to be able to remember every detail that you learned during the class. There are so many science concepts to digest so you will not be expected to understand fully during class.

Learning takes time. Learning comes with practice.

That’s where after-class support is necessary. Feel free to stay in touch with Justina and ask unlimited questions. Clarify your doubts! This will shorten your learning curve and make less painful mistakes. With patience and the right practices, your success is reachable!
